InterAx 3.x must be installed from an Administrator Account. On most machines, you should be able to run InterAx from “limited” (non-admin) accounts once it is installed. On some machines however, it may not be possible. If you experience problems running InterAx from a non-admin account, please run it from an admin account.
Follow the steps below to install InterAx for multiple users:
- Log on as an Administrator and install InterAx.
- Log on as each user that will be using InterAx and create a shortcut to the InterAx.exe on their desktop. This is necessary because InterAx Setup can only place a shortcut on the desktop of the currently logged-on user. It is not necessary to “install” InterAx again from the different users’ desktops.
- When entering registration codes, they must be entered into InterAx from each user’s desktop. The code will be the same for all users on the computer.
