It's been almost 8 years since I first released InterAx way back in 2002. I've had some sales, but over the years those have slowed down. Rather than just scrapping the whole thing and removing it from my site or letting a sale or two trickle in each year, I decided to just release it as Freeware. Besides, the technology behind it is getting a bit aged and I really don't have the time any more to constantly update my software (family, job, etc)!
So.... if you like it, use it! If not, skip it!
A free unlock code can be found on the download page of the new site. Just enter that into InterAx to unlock it. Eventually I hope to release a new version of InterAx with no protection in it (i.e. you will no longer need to unlock anything).
